Assessment & Certification

CMX Skill Development Private Limited is planning to have curriculum of all courses offered to be as per the National Occupational standard prescribed by the NSDC to ensure that the students get training as per the industrial standard.

In addition to the alignment of course curriculum with National Occupational Standard, CMX Skill Development Private Limited is also planning to conduct third party assessment of each batch of trainees by agencies affiliated to NSDC so as to ensure that the each student has specific skill sets as prescribed by the respective Sector skill council for that course after getting training. The third party assessment agency will assess each and every student and grade them according to their merits.

Not only Assessment will be done through Third party assessment Agency affiliated to NSDC but students will get certificate from NSDC so as to ensure the industry that the students have the prescribed skill sets & knowledge required by them and are competent to be employed in the industry. The certification from NSDC will allow the students to enjoy global acceptance as skilled & proficient workers.

Post Placement Hand Holding Support

Our approach is to guide our trainees, listen to them and support them to make the decisions that help them in starting their own business or  working independently. Specially, in Media and Entertainment Industry, the artists, videographers or Reporters works as freelancers or project basis, therefore, it is important to taught the learners  that how they have to develop and sustain  in the  competitive industry. We helps young people to start and grow their own business and create employment. We assist  our young entrepreneurs with a combination of training, access to capital, mentoring and other business development services. Whatever their situation, if a student has a good idea, capability and the business plan to make it a reality, we will support them.

Our staff is local people who understand the unique challenges of providing tailored enterprise support in their communities. We pair young entrepreneurs with a mentor most probably the centre Manager with a complementary set of skills to help them grow their business. In many cases these relationships can last one year or more.

In short, We support them with their business plan, with training and funding. We’ll also give them the support of an experienced business mentor who can give them advice on every step of the way . Our courses will also help them learn how to start out as a young entrepreneur/freelancer. We provides information, strategies, tools, and resources for youth, families, schools and community organizations related to a variety of cost-cutting topics that affect youth. 

CMX Skill development Private Limited will also be developing, a MIS data base of students and will keep track on the growth of Students who have taken up Self employment through feedbacks.  The centre managers will keep in touch with the students for almost for one year and track their performances. Advice, consultancy and Special Training session will be conducted  on monthly basis to provide them continuous support for adding value in their services
